Project summary

This project as the follow up of SOA09, EUPLATWEL.1 aims to enhance a multi-stakeholder’s network to advance animal welfare through the consolidation and operationalisation of the knowledge platform developed in SOA09. It standardises data collection protocols across terrestrial and aquatic species, integrates interoperable datasets into a centralised system, and supports evidence-based decision-making via analytical tools, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and continuous evaluation.

  • Refine the standardisation and the harmonisation of animal welfare data collection
  • Enable large-scale data integration and interoperability
